Before the end of students’ mobility period, it is important that students complete and submit the required paperwork and the set assignment/survey either for their module or set by the grant provider.
As most of the documents will require the host University/placement employers signature, it is recommended that students prepare the documentation in good time. The submission of paperwork after the deadline date could delay or prevent students’ graduation (4th year students), progression into their next or final year, payment of any mobility grant, or repayment of any mobility grant previously awarded.
Exchanges Office Paperwork – After Mobility
The following paperwork is required:

- Certificate of Attendance
- Final Learning Agreement
- Transcript of Records
- Year Abroad assignment or survey (grant recipients)
IEY Work Abroad – mobility grant and non-mobility grant and or BU Placement year mobility grant recipients
- Certificate of Attendance
- Final Learning Agreement
- Trainee Certificate
- IEY work abroad module assignment – set by your BU Academic school
- Year Abroad assignment or survey (grant recipients)
